Turkish/Greek coffee just tastes better manually ground without an electric grinder and so much better than pre-ground coffee, but you do not have to spend a lot of money for an expensive grinder. Focusing on method, temperature so coffee does not overboil, ratio and time (as well as coffee beans) is more important. We still like using our old fashioned brass coffee grinders. If you have an old fashiond grinder, there is no need to change to enjoy a good cup of coffee; there will be less waste in landfills if everyone will hold on to their own coffee grinders and invest in the perfect coffee bean for turkish coffee or even regular drip coffee.
